Investor Protection

  • Using EOS Traction as the background, we work with the leadership of companies that receive investment from PE’s, VC’s, Family Offices and Angel Investors as an ‘Insurance Policy’ for the investors, to enhance visibility into the operations of the business, ensuring that the leadership identifies issues, sets goals and drives the team towards the objective of the investment.

  • We will implement appropriate functions of the EOS Traction business system to build proper processes within the organization, including weekly Level 10 Meetings, Issues identification, Rocks creation and execution, People Management and Long-Term goal focus and Execution.

  • In addition to the above, we will work 1:1 with the business manager on a weekly basis to ensure focus and success on the key topics affecting the business. Hands-on time that will further protect and execute the vision of the investment made.

  • Equity and Debt investors hire us, or make our services a mandatory part of their investment with the company they are investing in.

    Our team will provide the following services for up to 2 years to implement and maintain proper processes until they take hold with the leadership and the team.

    1. Discover Session: 2 hours

    2. Kickoff Day: 8+ hours

    3. GWC - Team evaluation, analysis and recommendations

    4. Implement & Attend Weekly L10 meeting: 1 hour/wk

    5. Weekly 1:1 Coaching w/ Business Manager: 1 hour/wk

    6. Quarterly Issues & Rocks Review: up to 8 hours/qtr

    7. Monthly written communication with the investor on progress & open issues

    Cost to be determined based on the details of the engagement and will be a balance of cash and equity based on the Investors Investment so that we have aligned motivation with the teams success.
